At Woolly Clothing Co, we want you to love your merino wool gear, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unwashed and unworn items. We strive to make the process as seamless as possible so you can get back to your outdoor adventures.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.
Package Your Gear
Place the items in their original packaging, attach the shipping label to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
